    Take care of your towels

    Always wash new bath sheets and towels before using them. They actually lack absorbency when they are brand-new. Never use fabric softener when you launder your towels, as this will reduce their ability to absorb water. Do you find that your bath sheets and towels become too rough without softeners? Soften them up by tumbling them in a low-temperature dryer.
