Care instructions
To preserve the product's appearance and durability over time it should be cleaned with mild soap, such as dish soap, and water. Avoid strong cleaners, bleach, ammonia and acidic cleaning products as these can affect the protective surface treatment.
The product is treated with a nano-seal that helps protect the porous surface against stains. Still, wipe up spills as soon as possible, especially oils and acidic liquids, to avoid discoloration.
If the surface is scratched or damaged, a water-based sealant or wax can be reapplied to maintain protection. When used outdoors, a protective cover is recommended during severe weather. The product is tested for temperatures down to -10 °C. At lower temperatures it should be brought indoors or stored in a sheltered place.
For extra protection against stains, an appropriate wax can be used. Always test on a small, less visible area first to ensure the product's appearance does not change.
